By using Westbridge Insight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity carried out through your account. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, other users, or our legal rights.
Subscriptions and billing
- Where paid plans are enabled, prices and included features are shown before checkout.
- Recurring plans renew until cancelled unless the checkout states otherwise.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid billing period.
- Plan features and pricing may change prospectively with appropriate notice where required.
Permitted use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or gain unauthorised access.
- Do not use automated extraction or redistribution to reproduce a substantial part of the publication without permission.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Editorial content
Westbridge content is provided for general informational and research purposes. Analysis may include judgments, scenarios, and forward-looking assessments that can change as new information becomes available. Nothing on the service is personal financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
Intellectual property
Westbridge-owned writing, design, software, graphics, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party material remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, although we work to restore material service issues promptly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Westbridge Insight is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on informational content or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Statutory rights, where applicable, are not limited by that policy.
